Its what's for dinner.


Not beef - Salmon. I'm reading (on and off) Jane Goodall's book Harvest for Hope. I actually don't like it very much. She makes a lot of fear inciting claims and conclusions that I don't think are quite accurate. Her overall message though is a good one, we need to change our eating habits. Not just how much we eat and what we eat, but how we make and raise our food.

So last night we had salmon. It was USA ocean caught. I guess if you are going to eat salmon that's the best one to eat...nutrition-wise (nice bright pink color means good oils) and environment-wise.
