I didn't notice the name of these chips until I got home. Say it how you will.
The store called this thing "mexicanfillet". I think it was beef marinated in oily chorizo and a LOTA lime. The black beans were totally kick ass.
I did get that edamame shelled, and I made it the protein in my paella. I had originally intended to use whole clams from Germany. But when I opened up the bottle, it turned out that they were pickled clams (pickle flavoring). I love pickles, but those things were disgusting.
One day I bought this long long (like at least a foot-and-a-half long) sausage thing made with pork and beef (I think). It wasn't bad. Quite Danish.
The next evening I used the leftover rice from sausage night to make a sort of really eggy fried rice. Those are fava beans on the side. I picked them up canned at the Turkish market and they were too salty for my taste.
And last night was...Frickadellers!!!!!! Traditional Danish meatballs made with pork and beef, and seasoned like a swedish meatball. I bought them pre-made, so they made for a nice easy dinner.
