Where's the beef?
Dinner Saturday night was a stoup made with fresh veggies from the Turkish market served over orzo and lentil pilaf. Rich asked what kind of meat was going to be in it. Sorry, no meat for us tonight. If we were able to get some sort of spicy sausage, like an andouille, I might have added that, but we can't. I told Rich not to sweat it, he had meat for both breakfast and lunch, he'll survive.

Gracias...Actually its oven roasted. I cut off the top part, drizzle olive oil and a little salt over the top, and then pop it into the oven until I can smell it.
