Oh Yeah!

Salad bar from Lunds. My favorite out-in-the-field lunch. I'm not working yet, but I was in the area.


Your standard roadside produce stand. My mom was buying corn - and also in season were zucchinis, melons, potatoes, cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes.


American style sandwich (although I do prefer thinly sliced cucumber to lettuce).


Totally local and homegrown meal...green beans from the Ed Barrett yard, corn from Cottage Grove, fish caught in MN by my uncle, and potatoes from my parent's garden.
