You can read that title any way you want. For me, today, I'm just avoiding the subject, and instead thinking about daily Danish stuff. Like how long it took me to get my kid to daycare today (2 hours), and how I'll have to repeat that process later this afternoon.
It takes so long because 1) its a long ride to the school, and 2) it takes time to walk to the bus stop, ride the bus, walk him to daycare, go back to the stop, ride the bus again, and then walk home. Then, three hours later - I repeat.
So far its not great, but its not bad either. When I'm on the bus alone, I get a lot of reading done. And when we're on the bus together, we talk or read, or make up games. I need to switch off that little American voice in the back of my mind that keeps whispering - its sooooo much time.
