The night before I left the U.S. was *THE NIGHT* of the RNC. I was tied up in family stuff, and didn't get to see what was going on (other than the fact that I was physically in downtown St. Paul, and there was a bit of rioting, and I was just wondering if I'd make it back to the burbs that night or not).

Its hard to for me to grasp the political breeze towards Palin all the way across the ocean. This (and John Stewart) gives me some hope. If a guy on the radio can say he thinks it would be *cool* to have a VP that also hunts moose (as if that matters), then Matt can voice these thoughts.
