Then later that night, broccoli cheese soup. I added carrots this time and used vegetable broth so that Pete could eat it. I got him to take two small licks (under extreme duress).I started my assignment from knitting class and its turning out for the most part. (Its a dishcloth). I decided to take a class because I just wasn't getting anywhere. I started a Harry Potter scarf for Pete at least 5 times and always quit for some small reason. I took this class because we are going to make a felted bag. I'm thinking knitting will be good for long, damp winters in Denmark - and it doesn't give me carpal tunnel like crocheting does (yet).

What a Weekend
Its a nice feeling to get FUN stuff done during the weekend. I really can't believe I actually got to cook something other than "just dinner". First another babganoosh. I know I've shown it before, but its so damn good. Especially right after its done, nice and warm, the lemon juice still giving off a lot of tang.

Looks pretty yummy.
Did Pete like it at all, after all the prompting?
I'm not sure. Of course he said it was disgusting (his word, truly).
