
Mix together:
1 cube of cream cheese, some curry powder (add a spoon full, taste it, and keep adding more till your satisfied), and a handful of finely shredded cheddar, and then spread it out on a serving dish.
Top it with mango chutney.
Top that with shredded coconut, and then some chopped green onions.
Serve with crackers or - even better - granny smith apple slices.
This is my "leftover turkey" sandwich, with mixed baby greens, red onions, and gravy.
